Webcasting

Our streaming capabilities bring together families and friends

We know that often families and friends can be interstate, overseas, or simply unable to physically attend a loved one’s funeral service. For this reason, streaming is a tool used to bring families and communities together. It allows for everyone to feel supported and enables a healthy grieving process.

We provide this service at no extra cost. It includes:

  • Live Streaming, Online Service Recording and Video Download functions.
  • A secure invitation, sent to you the funeral director, to pass onto your families.
  • Adaptive Stream Technology, which automatically adjusts the quality of the video to suit the viewer’s connection speed.
  • Viewer pre-stream testing, which allows families to test their devices and browsers prior to the funeral service.

To order streaming for a chapel service at Macquarie Park, please ask your funeral director to contact us: Book a webcast stream

If you need a link to an upcoming service, please contact the families funeral director who can distribute.
